Business Process Owner
Job Description We are seeking a seasoned JJOS (Johnson & Johnson Operating System) Business Process Owner/Practitioner or Engineer to support the modernization and simplification of the legacy JJOS framework. This is a high-impact, short-term contract role focused on transforming legacy operational tools and content into a streamlined, modernized system aligned with J&J’s current methodologies. Key Responsibilities include: Legacy Content Modernization Re-engineer and consolidate ~180 legacy artifacts (primarily Excel and PowerPoint-based) into 10 simplified report-out decks. Translate complex operational tools into user-friendly, modern formats using Microsoft Office and other content platforms. Align legacy content with the refreshed JJOS methodology and performance management framework. Content Development & Management Develop training materials, videos, and documentation to support the new JJOS methodology. Conduct content analysis and stakeholder reviews to ensure alignment with current site needs and performance objectives. Collaborate with SMEs to validate content and test usability across supply chain functions. Training & Change Management Create a comprehensive training prep bundle to guide users from legacy processes to the new system. Support change management efforts by simplifying complex concepts and ensuring clear communication across teams. Operational Deployment Support Leverage prior experience deploying JJOS at J&J sites to guide current modernization efforts. Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to site-level operations and performance behaviors. Ensure site teams understand and adopt the new way of working through structured process orientation. Skills and Requirements Former J&J employee with direct experience deploying or managing JJOS at manufacturing, distribution, or customer service sites. Deep understanding of JJOS structure, tools, and performance management practices. Proven ability to simplify complex operational systems and translate them into actionable content. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) with experience modernizing legacy tools. Strong content development and content management skills. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and site-level operational excellence. Process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work independently and manage deliverables within tight timelines.
