Business Process Management Lead

About this role

As the Business Process Management Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the business process architecture and methodology for monitoring process performance. 

This includes mapping process dependencies and handovers, standardising process documentation, supporting process managers in understanding their responsibilities and  supporting process changes and new process implementations. 

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and influencing abilities, and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and sound risk management.

What you’ll do

You will set the standards on defining, documenting and monitoring the various processes across the UK Business while identifying areas of improvement and supporting the business to remain well managed as processes change. 

Specifically, you’ll be responsible for …

Business Process Architecture: Define and manage the overall structure and standards for business processes within the organisation, including updates and adherence to established frameworks. Identifying handovers and dependencies between processes within the business

Process Documentation Standardisation: Develop and implement standardised approaches for documenting all operational processes to ensure consistency and clarity.

Process Manager Support: Provide guidance and support to process managers to ensure they understand their responsibilities and are equipped to effectively manage their processes.

Process Change and Implementation: Facilitate and support the implementation of new processes and changes to existing ones, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adoption.

Experience in mapping individual processes and broader process architecture

Experience managing either risk or process programmes of work 

Experience in finance or regulated sector

People leadership experience

Where and how you'll work

This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham office.  

We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home. 

We’re big on collaboration and connection, so you’ll be based in our Nottingham office 3 days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
