The Business Process Improvement Analyst will be joining an established team and will be instrumental in leading, deploying, and implementing Lean and Continuous Improvement within the site. **_Come for a job, stay for a career!_** **A Day in Life Of:** + Drive & champion Medtronic Performance System (MPS) and associated ‘One Best Way’ standards, leading, advocating and influencing change while striving for process and systems excellence + Lead value stream analytics and transformation activities within a cross functional team for key product lines, delivering transformational improvement in Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost. + Support teams to drive effective daily tier management throughout the manufacturing floor, coaching and mentoring the teams to challenge the status quo and continuously improve to achieve target conditions. + Develop A3/DMAIC problem solving competency of the organization enabling all employees to contribute to our continuous improvement culture. + Facilitation and support of Kaizen events and other continuous improvement projects across the site production, inventory control, quality, and business processes. **Key Skills & Experience** + Educated to level 7 in the National educational Framework ideally with 2 years+ experience within a lean/six sigma/CI role + Green Belt Certified + A dynamic collaborator who can work effectively and proactively on cross functional teams. + Builds and maintains positive relationships, show respect for others. + Good communicator and fluent in English, both written and verbal. + Has an appetite to work in a fast paced, dynamic manufacturing environment. + Will be flexible to the business need and be capable of juggling multiple assessments concurrently. **Nice to Have:** + Green or Black belt certified + Proven ability to reach consensus across groups with different objectives **Medtronic offer a competitive salary and flexible Benefits Package** **\#IJ** **Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  **Benefits & Compensation** **Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
