A Day in the LifeJoin Global Collection Centre of Expertise (COE) team within Medtronic’s Credit Services function and become a part of a company that improves people's lives. The Analyst will drive global regions standardization and process adherence including onboarding and training. Will perform controls and AR analysis, lead process improvement initiatives and support operational continuity of Cash Collection activities performed by BPO partner and regional teams and act as a global Cash Collection process gatekeeper. You will ensure Cash Collection core knowledge and expertise is retained and applied across regional Credit Services teams.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Evaluates existing Cash Collection processes, identifies root cause of problems Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiativesOrganizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams, cooperates with IT on ERP and tools enhancementsMeasures performance against process requirementsDelivers training sessions for operational teams on process updates and new technologiesIdentifies and analyses best practices for process optimizationPerforms cost and benefit analyses

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Bachelor's degree with minimum of 2 years of experience in Cash Collection or relevant (Cash Application, Credit Risk etc.)Spoken and written proficiency in English is a MUST, additional languages is an advantageProven experience in project management and continuous improvement, process mapping and change management Strong analytical skills, curiosity and attention to detail Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, hands-on experience with AI-driven tools and platforms

Project management certification, Lean Six Sigma and SAP knowledge is an advantage.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
