Develops and deploys procurement processes and systems, ensures compliance in audits, and runs reports on procurement-related data.

This role focuses on analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality and compliance in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and document current business processes across functions such as engineering, procurement, quality, and manufacturing. Identify improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Design and implement optimized future-state processes aligned with strategic business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment and stakeholder buy-in. Lead and facilitate process improvement workshops and change management initiatives. Track and report on performance metrics (KPIs) such as process cycle time, cost savings, and quality improvements. Ensure compliance with AD&M industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., AS9100, ITAR). Support digital transformation initiatives, including automation, ERP enhancements, and data analytics. Develop training materials and support the rollout of new processes and tools. Your Ideal background:Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in business process improvement, preferably in aerospace, defense, or marine industries. Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred), and process mapping tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and visualization (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Minitab). Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Experience working in a regulated, quality-driven environment. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Familiarity with aerospace and defense compliance frameworks. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus. Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
