**Business Process Expert - Order to Cash**
As an Order to Cash BPE, you will act as a consultant for the Business and Customer Fulfillment Center team. To perform this job successfully an individual must be highly organized; detail focused, and become a subject matter expert in Salesforce, SAP, Open Text and Apttus.
**Your role:**
+ Lead new business integration and project delivery. Plan and control projects, define user stories, perform gap analysis, manage UAT/testing, track issues/risks/status, deliver training, and provide post‑go‑live support.
+ Manage new functionality and change requests. Gather/document requirements, coordinate design/development with IT, create and execute UAT and regression test scripts, implement changes, and maintain implementation schedules and stakeholder expectations.
+ Provide application support and process documentation. Act as first IT liaison for operations, log and resolve incidents, document recurring solutions, and update validated procedures in the Training Management System.
+ Drive process improvement and cross‑functional alignment. Partner with Finance/Marketing/Sales/IT/Operations to streamline workflows, create process models and reports (standard and ad hoc), develop training/materials, and facilitate change adoption.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ 5+ years’ experience in sales, finance or customer service environment
+ Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Engineering or equivalent.
+ Strong technical and CRM expertise, including configuration/maintenance of SAP, Siebel, and Salesforce, advanced PC skills (Excel, VBA, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio), and the ability to produce reports and presentations.
+ Broad functional knowledge across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Finance with advanced analytical and conceptual abilities to analyze complex problems and develop integrated, creative solutions.
+ Excellent verbal/written/presentation skills, proven at influencing across all organizational levels, with strong organization, time and project management, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

**Philips Transparency Details**
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA and Bothell, WA is $103,320.00 to $165,312.00
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $92,250.00 to $147,600.00
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
