What you will do-

Work with the appropriate Vocera SAP Integration Team, IT Business Partners and Medical deployment team to ensure the following: 

Key Scope, Actions and Decisions: 

Serve as a main point of contact for Workstream PM, and workstream process experts including Project, IT and Site ExpertsEnsure current business processes are represented in Scope and Requirements WorkshopsEnsure all requirements are captured and documented to reflect the needs of the workstreamDocument decisions including individuals involved in decisions and date the decision was made (track progress and closure of action items) 

Adherence to Project Schedule:  

Support and execute project plan for workstream that aligns with the program level plan, ensuring all key milestones are metPartner with Site Core Resources to remove constraints, find solutions and meet project milestones  Manage the execution of detailed project plans for your workstream(s) that aligns with the overall project plan, ensuring all key milestones for the workstream are met

Resource Management: ​

Set expectations with your workstream, holding them accountable to their deliverables and escalating any issues to the leadership teamHelp set expectations with functional managers to secure the use of power users’ time on activities and encourage quick hiring and onboarding of approved contract resourcesEnsure other workstream resources are engaged in decisions and activities that cross multiple workstreams and sites

Training Development:

Ensure appropriate resources are engaged in completion of workstream training strategyProvide input into training development and trainer selectionEnsure change impacts requiring training activities are accounted for and communicated

Communication:  

Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders; highlighting progress made, status, outstanding issues, key decisions, top risks and next stepsEnsure the broader Core Medical Team is aware of the status, risks and change impacts of your site or ecosystem Keep Site Lead, Site Project Manager and other workstream leads informed of process changes that arise that could impact, data, reports, or analytics Stay well informed of project communications by keeping close to emails, reports, and referencing dashboards in Teams Sites in a timely manner

Risk Management:  

Provide solution and direction on recommended mitigation strategiesAssist in the communication of risks and development of mitigation plans with appropriate business leaders   Communicate potential issues to Medical & Vocera team, Global Process Governance, Global Application Development and IT Business Partner  

Change Management: 

Work with project team members and functional leaders to define and quantify change impacts  Participate in Lessons Learned sessions to deliver improvement recommendations to key stakeholders on the project    Work with team members and functional leaders to define and quantify change impacts  Support the OCM Lead by working with the functional leaders to help derive solutions to change impacts  Proactively identify change impacts and potential response strategies  Communicate potential issues to the Site Lead and align the functional leaders  

Building Organizational Capability:  

Attend and lead Workstream meetings, host site Workstream events meetings, host additional meetings for the overall project to ensure deliverables are on track   Advocate for the project, supporting communications and change management activities arising from the project  

Data Cleansing, Reporting and Testing 

Ensure proper resource coverage for validation activities  Ensuring functional teams are actively participating in data cleansing and reporting status of activities​Ensure all activities are completed by the defined timelinePromote and embrace the importance of quality data  Serve as member of data readiness network as assigned  Assist with the development and modification of test scenarios  Assist in the identification and preparation of test data 

Hypercare and Cutover:

Guide power users through the Hypercare process as required  Serve as a Communications liaison between the business and the project for cutover activities   Assist with the development and modification of cutover tasks  Ensure business resources needed for cutover are identified (COSIM1 & COSIM2)Available as a Hypercare resource for your area of expertise until Hypercare is closed for this areaGuide users through the Hypercare process as required  

Testing:

Support and engage in all E2E testing (SIT and UAT) prior to launchSupport project enhancement testing post launchServe as SME for all warehouse related activities to ensure all system transactions are in scope for Domestic/OUS shipments

Vocera:

International Cycle Count ReconciliationSerial number investigation and reconciliationMonitoring of SAP Stock transfers for International 3PL’sIT support for network 3PL’seCarrier Management for problem Shipments, customs, clearance issues, etc.UAT Testing for new product launchesFreight Invoice coding and submission

Care.ai Support:

ECC Poweruser supportInventory Management and training.UAT and SIT Testing

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives in an enterprise environment (e.g., healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, or supply chain)Hands on experience with ERP systems (SAP ECC preferred), including participation in system implementations, enhancements, or major deploymentsProven ability to service as a primary workstream point of contact, coordinating effectively with IT, business partners, site leaders, and external vendorsDemonstrated experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and decision tracking, including managing action items, risks and dependenciesStrong stakeholder communication skills, with experience delivering status updates, escalating issues, and aligning cross-functional teamsExperience supporting testing (SIT/UAT), data readiness, cutover, and hypercare activities for enterprise systems

$102,600.00 - $222,300.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 20%
