Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. The Raytheon S4 Business Process Expert will lead several topics in our RTX SAP S4 HANA project. This position will focus on the Plan to Sustain (P2S) workstream as part of the oneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation program. The OneRTX Process & Systems Transformation Program will harmonize key business processes, associated tools, metrics, and reporting across the company, enabling the migration of capabilities into standardized ERP systems. RTX has chosen SAP’s S4HANA to enable our future ERP system and has largely concluded the strategic definition and design phase and is now entering the blueprinting, build and support phases. We are seeking a skilled and experienced operations process expert to support the Raytheon Plan to Sustain workstream. As a functional expert, you will play a pivotal role in our operations plan to sustain SAP S4HANA transformation by applying your expertise in plan to sustain processes, data cleanliness and data readiness. Alignment and effective communication with the other Raytheon P2S Functional experts and data leads will be essential in streamlining our plan to sustain processes and enabling data driven decision making. This is a key position that requires strong technical proficiency, keen understanding of current Raytheon business process and requirements, and the ability to collaborate and effectively communicate across business units and functions. **What You Will Do:** + Lead Raytheon in Blueprinting activities for your functional topics + Collaborate with business and digital team members and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and processes. + Collaborate with data leads to ensure master data and transactional data are profiled correctly + Lead Raytheon SMEs and Business Process Experts in finalizing Business Requirements + Collaborate with RTX corporate, Pratt and Whitney, Collins, SAP and consulting firms on process refinement, testing, deviations training, implementations and hypercare + Travel – as required (up to 25%). **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience + Minimum 8 years of experience in Operations and Supply Chain. + Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. + Experience with data gathering, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving, as well as using digital tools daily (Microsoft Office, Teams, OneNote, Zoom) + Experience utilizing PRISM and/or SAP in support of the various program and factory lifecycles/phases (Development, Transition to Production, Production, Depot) **Qualifications We Prefer:** + Experience with the various Manufacturing and Depot transactions and processes within Raytheon's instance of SAP, PRISM (e.g. Material Master, Routing, Work Orders, Inventory, Warehousing, iMRO, CMES, EWI, CABS, Quality, etc) + Experience presenting both technical and non-technical information through verbal and written communication. + Experience in an area or program helping troubleshoot various system or user PRISM issues + Experience teaching, training and/or sharing SAP functionality with extended work team + Experience developing and deploying new SAP functionality. **What We Offer** **:** + Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
