**Position Summary:** · The Sr. Analyst role is crucial for driving the success of our projects in the Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management domains. With a focus on Requirements Gathering, BPC – Business Planning & Consolidation the candidate will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with teams to ensure seamless ServiceNow project execution. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and domain knowledge to deliver impactful solutions. **Mandatory Skills:** · Ability to provide business insight and consult clients in a complex and cross functional environment, preferably in ServiceNow tools and products · Proficiency in gathering and documenting functional and non-functional business requirements · Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to bridge the gap between technical terms and business users. · Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (writing epics, user stories, sprint planning, UAT coordination) · Strong documentation skills – Business and Functional requirement documents, test scripts and training material. **Duties and Responsibilities:** · Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the ServiceNow technical team to gather, analyze and document requirements · Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for ServiceNow solutions. · Perform gap analysis between existing processes and ServiceNow functionality to recommend improvements. · Develop and maintain documentation (including BRD’s, process flows, user guides to name a few) · Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing, defect management, and ensure solutions meet business needs. · Work closely with project managers to support end-to-end project delivery, including scope, timeline and risk management. **Salary Range** : >$100,000 **Date of Posting:** 17/ September /2025 **Next Steps:** If you feel this opportunity suits you, or Cognizant is the type of organization you would like to join, we want to have a conversation with you!
