Job Title: Business Process Consultant

Purpose and Objective:
SAP Labs, LLC seeks a Business Process Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location to be responsible for performing and leading overall analysis of situation at key accounts.
Expectations and Tasks:
Identify top issues in key account engagements. Lead analysis of system landscape and technical issues. Lead analysis of core business processes for all applications. Lead analysis of system and application operation. Deliver functional or technical tasks in MaxAttention projects. Bring technical or application expert knowledge into the project. Co-operate with the Focus Technical Quality Manager (TOM) to answer difficult functional or technical questions and executes concrete tasks. Deliver Onsite & Remote services for MaxAttention, Active Embedded and Mission Critical. Support (escalations & task forces, MCS Backoffice) including Optimization, Assessment, Technical lntegration/Validation, Empowering trainings and workshops and Engineering Services. Learn to deliver onsite services as functional expert for broad area of topics. Deliver Expert Guided Implementation. Actively provide customer feedback to development based on delivery. Analyze functional gaps in ICC and developments to close gaps. Implement specific best practice operations scenarios. Develop trainings, specifications and documentation. Ensure that services and documentation are available and up to date for the respective area of expertise. Take over development tasks in projects or service development. Deliver root cause analysis, provides solutions, and delivers services for specific fields/areas.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field of study and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must involve two (2) years in the following:
SAP MM/IM;
SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement domain;
Integrating SAP Ariba procurement solutions with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP;
SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contracts, Buying & Invoicing;
SAP Field Glass;
Programming with SAP ABAP and SOL;
Technical aspects of integration of procurement solutions on SAP S/4HANA Cloud;
Critical Customer Management and root cause analysis of complex technical issues in SAP;
Delivering solution assessment of customer SAP Procurement systems end-to-end to align with SAP best practices;
Delivering Integration validation and Performance optimization to ensure solutions meet SAP standards;
SAP ISRetail domain; and
JDA Demand & Forecasting, Assortment Planning, Allocation & Replenishment Planning, Macro Space Planning & Merchandise Financial Planning domains.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $125,611 - $126,540. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $125,611 - $140,600. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
