Job Description: Job Requirements Collect, structure, and validate technical and commercial product data as input for data driven cost models Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Should Costing, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance to ensure data completeness and alignment Support the setup of value driver definitions per product group and the preparation of data sets for analysis Ensure quality and consistency of large data volumes, maintaining transparency and traceability Participate in periodic data reviews, helping to identify trends, deviations, and improvement areas Contribute ideas for process automation and smarter data handling to increase scalability of cost analytics Support the continuous enhancement of TE’s cost database as part of our digital transformation What your background should look like 3 – 6 years of experience in data analysis, cost engineering, or product-related analytics Understanding of manufacturing or product development processes is beneficial Experience working with structured data, technical information, or ERP/PLM systems preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data preparation Understanding in data base handling and PowerBI creation Basic understanding of CAD or 3D file handling Interest in digital tools, automation, and data-driven process improvement Ability to connect technical understanding with analytical reasoning Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
