Job Description: **Job Overview** The Strategy & Transformation Office within Global Procurement at TE Connectivity is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to drive high-impact digital transformation initiatives. The TPM will work closely with global stakeholders across Procurement, IT, business users, process owners, and cross-functional teams to enable innovation, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. This role offers an opportunity to contribute directly to the strategic modernization of procurement through technology and process excellence. **Job Requirements** **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead and manage strategic digital transformation projects within Global Procurement, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timelines. + Collaborate with IT and functional leaders to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions. + Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle – from planning and business case development to execution, deployment, and adoption. + Establish and maintain project documentation, including charters, schedules, dashboards, and status reports. + Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes. + Support procurement digitalization initiatives such as automation, analytics enablement, and system integration. + Standardize and enhance project governance, reporting, and metrics for Global Procurement programs. + Promote a culture of continuous improvement and agile execution. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. + 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in procurement transformation or digital projects. + Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Management, and Spend Analytics processes. + Experience with Agile / hybrid project methodologies; PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus. + Familiarity with digital procurement tools such as SAP, Jaggaer, PLM systems, ServiceNow, and data visualization/analytics platforms like Power BI, Tableau, strong capability in MS Office Suite, and SharePoint. + Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams. + Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. **What your background should look like** Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level **Competencies** Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork **Job Locations:** Muntinlupa, National Capital Region 1780 Philippines Posting City: Muntinlupa Job Country: Philippines Travel Required: 10% to 25% Requisition ID: 144634 Workplace Type: External Careers Page: Procurement TE Connectivity and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and operating units (collectively, the "Company") is committed to providing a work environment that prohibits discrimination on the basis of age, color, disability, ethnicity, marital status, national origin, race, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability or any other characteristics protected by applicable law or regulation.
