What you can look forward to as Business Process Analyst: 

Drive business value by transforming technology innovations into impactful solutions, supporting ZF’s evolution into a data-driven organization with digitally optimized processes. Lead the integration of advanced technologies—such as Artificial Intelligence, Embedded Analytics, and Dashboards, — into core business operations to enhance decision-making and performance. Champion business process optimization by identifying improvement opportunities, designing and streamlining workflows, and aligning processes with strategic goals to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and global Business Process Management (BPM) to ensure alignment with global standards, processes and tools and promote the use of the Aftermarket Process Handbook to drive awareness and consistent application of standardized processes. Co-Manage the innovation funnel by evaluating NA innovation submissions, prioritizing initiatives, and guiding them from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Performs project manager responsibilities on specific projects that deliver measurable business value, including charter development, budgeting, resource planning, stakeholder alignment, and execution. Builds, Develops & Maintains a clear interface between IT & Business by translating business needs into system solutions vice-versa by translating business application solutions into new or improved processes, by coordinating the roll-out with focus on user engagement, process design, usability, and ease of use.

 

Your profile as Business Process Analyst:

Bachelor’s degree required. 5-10 years experience in systems and/or process optimization. 3+ years experience in Power BI. Project management experience. Experience with SAP, including multiple module knowledge. Advanced problem-solving and data analytics skills. Knowledge in Power Automate (preferred). Lean/Process mapping (preferred).


The expected base compensation for this role is $78,300 - $97,900 annually.  Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
