Job Description

The Business Process Analyst role is a part of the Global Optimization & Business Intelligence team. We work closely with our valued stakeholders (customers, distributor partners and country teams) to drive process optimization and enhancement, and own & manage stakeholder/customer experience on every interaction and reduce transactional efforts via effective and efficient processes which help to expedite issue resolution.

You will report to the TEAM LEADER ISC - GLOBAL SHARED SERVICES and have a hybrid schedule working in Katowice, Poland.

Your Responsibilities:🧭 Lead Process Transitions Ensure seamless, low-effort process migrations while delivering high-quality service to internal and external customers.📊 Design & Standardize Operational Workflows Create detailed process flowcharts, standard operating procedures, SLAs, and turnaround times for newly transitioned processes.🤝 Enhance Customer Experience Own resolution processes across multi-channel support platforms, ensuring faster responses, greater efficiency, and stronger customer relationships.🔄 Champion Continuous Improvement & Automation Identify inefficiencies, drive process enhancements, promote automation opportunities, and reduce customer effort through analytical insights.🌐 Strengthen Channel Partner Operations (APCC Group) Collaborate with distributors, provide guidance on digital tools, and coach partners to adopt sustainable process improvements for enhanced service delivery.📈 Foster Business Knowledge & Change Management Stay updated on business systems, lead change initiatives, publish dashboards, and build analytical capabilities to support ongoing transformation.

The Essentials - You Will Have:Full-time Bachelor's Degree mandatory.Minimum 3-4 years' of experience as Business Process Analyst.Expertise with SAP – CRM, ERP, ECC, Order ManagementCollaborates effectively, supports team decisions, and earns trustTakes ownership, resolves issues, and helps avoid future problemsUses judgment to identify potential issues and escalate when neededKnowledge of Rockwell Automation Business Model.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Post-Graduation Degree/Diploma in Management is desirable.Six Sigma Green Belt CertificationKnowledge of Power BI
