Position:Business Process Analyst
Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives.Diagrams and evaluates existing processes.Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.Communicates team progress.

What We're Looking For:

Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2–4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English.Project management experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Even Better if You Have:

Experience with project management tools: Visio and Workfront
 

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$29,233.33 - $36,666.67 MXN Monthly
