Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Orlando, FL is $103, 272 - $120,900 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Maintain and optimize solutions implemented by GBS Americas (AM) DS team for internal or external customers. Maintain interface for live solutions between GBS AM DS and customer to support any operational needs. Drive innovation and evaluate new tools/application in alignment with the GBD DS strategy (RPA, Data Analytics, AI, etc.). Determine areas where implemented solutions can be improved and interface with DS build team to implement the changes. Implement Service Lifecycle strategy update jointly in alignment with Process Optimization & Digitalization group (POD) and all Business Lines. Achieve high Automation Rate, Service Availability, Service Quality and Cost Optimization for all services. Ensure implementation of operational standards in alignment with DS. Ensure implementation of Customer Demand for operations of digital solution. Consultant for customer to ensure digital solutions’ process is optimized and running efficiently. Review implemented solutions and work with service delivery team to ensure they are operating at an efficient level. Ensure proper KPI’s and dashboards are created for DS solutions implemented.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering (any), Computer Science or a related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a Process/Control Analyst -related occupation. Position requires experience in the following: Automating and digitalizing business processes in the areas of order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, record-to-report and hire-to-retire. Working with SAP automations focused on business process. Utilizing Blue Prism software for automation tasks, including OCR and Process Mining, supported by a technical background in Robotics Automation and Operations. Driving new projects and providing improvements in live projects designed with AI including Machine Learning, Chatbots, Generative AI, Entity Extraction, summarizer, translator, and evaluator. Leveraging Advanced Analytics technology to optimize service delivery and enhance decision-making processes. Using data analytics tools including Snowflake, Tableau and Power BI for process improvement. Providing process consulting for new automation initiatives and managing project execution for new ventures. Working with Microsoft Access or SQL and using Macros and Power Query in Excel with Automation technology. 40% telecommuting is allowed. 5% international travel is required.
