To support this journey, we are looking for a Business Planning Supervisor who will play a critical role in ensuring efficient business planning, superior forecasting discipline, and operational excellence across our commercial and cross‑functional activities.

YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’
As a Business Planning Supervisor, you will:
1. Lead the Business Planning Cycle
Coordinate the preparation of monthly and annual business plans, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with commercial priorities.Consolidate forecasts across functions and validate assumptions, budgets, and volume expectations.Monitor ongoing plan performance, provide gap analysis, and recommend corrective actions.2. Drive Data Governance & Reporting Excellence
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of business intelligence reports and dashboards.Validate data sources, methodologies, KPIs, and calculation rules to ensure full alignment with PMI standards.Support the development and maintenance of reporting tools and planning templates.3. Enable Commercial Strategy Through Insights
Analyze commercial performance, channel dynamics, and financial indicators to identify opportunities and risks.Translate data into meaningful recommendations for Sales, Marketing, and Management.Ensure visibility of key business drivers to support decision‑making.4. Strengthen Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Act as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure full alignment and shared understanding of business priorities.Support teams in understanding forecasting processes, data requirements, and reporting standards.Contribute to capability building in planning‑related areas.5. Support Compliance & Process Excellence
Ensure adherence to internal control processes, planning governance, and compliance requirements.Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, simplify workflows, and enhance data quality.WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A professional with:
Experience & Competencies
Experience in business planning, forecasting, commercial analysis, or finance.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization abilities.High attention to detail and data accuracy.Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.Technical Skills
Proficiency in Excel, planning tools, and data visualization platforms.Ability to work with large datasets, validate assumptions, and generate actionable insights.Education
