How You’ll Make an Impact   

Execute a high volume of vendor billing and data input to support daily operationsProcess and review purchase orders throughout their lifecycle to ensure accurate spendingManage vendor additions in the financial system and verify timely processing of invoices against approved purchase ordersReconcile monthly vendor statements, resolving past due invoices to keep accounts currentAssist with monthly accrual and expense or capital reclassification processesServe as a primary point of contact for accounts payable inquiries within your assigned area, responding to internal and external stakeholders professionallyUtilize Microsoft Office products for accounts payable reporting and analysis while identifying opportunities to streamline payment processes and maximize efficiency
