Internal Communication Intern

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Internal Communication Intern to support the development and execution of engaging internal content for our Corporate Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) value stream. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, visual communication, and organizational alignment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Content Creation & Storytelling
+ Assist in producing engaging internal videos, newsletters, and digital content.
+ Support scripting, filming, and editing short-form video content for internal platforms.
+ Design visual assets (e.g., infographics, slides) to support communication campaigns.
+ Communication Strategy Support
+ Help structure and streamline internal communication across the S&OP value stream.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather updates and translate them into clear, engaging messages.
+ Maintain and update internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, Teams, Yammer).
+ Engagement & Feedback
+ Monitor employee engagement with internal content and suggest improvements.
+ Support the planning and execution of internal events, town halls, and campaigns.
**Qualifications:**
+ Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Basic video editing and graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva, PowerPoint).
+ Familiarity with internal communication tools and platforms is a plus.
+ Creative mindset with attention to detail and a collaborative spirit.
