**Minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company. + Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects. + Experience in planning, financial analysis, market analysis, product strategy, economics, commercialization, and monetization. **Preferred qualifications:** + Master's degree or PhD. + Experience in working cross-functionally across executive stakeholders in Product, Finance and Go-to-Market/Business organizations. + Experience working with product and engineering teams. + Experience with value pricing and engaging pricing in the Cloud/IT technology space. + Excellent communication skills. Product and Business Strategy Leaders bring together teams across Google’s functions to help products execute optimally. Our roles often include components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g. running the cadence of organizations, connecting the operating lines between our functions), and communications. Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high impact projects. We help Engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands. The Business Planning and Pricing (BPP) team is responsible for the packaging and pricing of all Google Cloud offerings, including Google Cloud Platform, Google Workspace, AI Platform and Applications, and Google Maps Platform. As a part of BPP, our team specializes in AI platforms and developer offerings. We partner with product and partnership teams to enable the commercialization of their portfolios. We develop use case-specific, value-based business models that resonate with both business and technology decision-makers at enterprise customers and partners. Our scope includes enabling early adopters, creating cross-product solutions, defining business-relevant packaging and pricing, building discounting models, optimizing channel economics, and leading P/L planning and optimization.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $171,000-$254,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google . **Responsibilities:** + Partner with Google Cloud’s Product leadership to define the business generation and commercialization strategies. + Develop business generation framework and strategies across AI platform, Google Maps Platform, cross-Alphabet developer offerings and related product portfolio, and drive the execution and commercialization of new product pricing models. + Define packaging and pricing architectures aligned to customer segments, use cases, and across ecosystems. + Act as a thought partner and test Google Cloud leadership to ensure the business generation of Google’s differentiated offerings.
