Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business operations and propose solutions that support organizational goalsEvaluate organizational structure, policies and procedures to identify opportunities for enhanced processes and planningCompile, interpret and present data to inform decisions regarding current and future operationsCreate reports, charts, graphs and presentations that help shape new business strategiesDevelop project estimates by identifying phases, personnel needs and associated costsAssess external market trends and data sources to deliver actionable recommendations to managementRecommend improvements that may involve new technologies or alternative uses of existing technology

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications
Education

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience

2+ years of business analysis or related experience

Skills

Strong prioritization and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within teamsCapable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyProficient in analyzing and interpreting dataQuickly identifies business opportunities and challengesEffective verbal and written communication with all levels of managementComprehensive knowledge of software applications including Word and Excel
