About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Partner to act as a key link between company leadership and internal teams. Your mission will be to drive sustainable business growth through strategic analysis, financial planning, and active stakeholder engagement. You will play a critical role in shaping volume and pricing strategies, monitoring performance, and delivering accurate financial forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Stakeholder Engagement & Market Analysis

Act as the primary contact for key business stakeholders.Analyze market trends and develop assumptions to support volume and pricing strategies.Ensure alignment with overall strategic objectives.

Financial Analysis & Decision Support

Build robust financial models and scenario analyses to inform strategic decisions.Deliver timely ad-hoc analyses to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.Partner with category leads to support business planning and performance optimization.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

Track execution of volume and pricing plans, KPIs, and market dynamics.Identify performance gaps and recommend actionable improvements.

Business Partnering

Build strong relationships across internal teams, acting as a trusted advisor.Provide insights and guidance to enable informed decision-making.Candidate ProfileEducation: Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.Language Skills:English: Upper Intermediate (B2) or higherSlovak: Fluent (preferably)Experience & Competencies:Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Analysis or similar roles.Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and manage tight deadlines.Growth mindset and eagerness to deepen business expertise.What We OfferOpportunity to influence strategic direction of the business.Dynamic environment with room for professional growth.Collaboration with expert teams and access to exciting projects.
