About the Role
Salary grade: SG10–11 (depending on experience)
We are looking for an experienced Business Partner who will act as a strategic bridge between company leadership and internal teams. Your mission is to drive sustainable business growth through planning leadership, financial analysis, and proactive stakeholder engagement. You will own planning processes and projects, shape volume and pricing strategies, build organizational capability, and provide insights that support effective decision-making.

1. Planning Ownership, People Management & Execution
· Own and lead planning-related projects with strong governance, alignment, and on-time delivery.
· Drive end-to-end planning execution, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strategic coherence.
· Directly and indirectly manage people to strengthen capability, ensure high-quality delivery, and maintain positive team dynamics.
· Develop planning competencies across the function, increasing expertise and maturity in processes.
· Standardize planning tools, templates, and routines to improve efficiency and transparency.
· Support prioritization and workload management to focus on the most impactful business priorities.

2. Business Partnering, Stakeholder Engagement & Market Analysis
· Build strong cross-functional relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and teams.
· Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and consumer dynamics to support volume and pricing strategies.
· Provide clear, data-driven insights, challenge assumptions when needed, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
· Communicate complex financial and business topics in a clear, concise, and actionable way.

3. Financial Analysis & Decision Support
· Build robust financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
· Deliver timely ad-hoc analyses that identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and improve business outcomes.

4. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
· Track execution of volume and pricing plans, KPIs, and relevant market indicators.
· Identify performance gaps and recommend practical, actionable improvements.
· Promote continuous improvement in processes, reporting, and analytical frameworks.

Candidate Profile
· Performance-driven: Delivers high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment and mentors others to elevate team performance.
· Technical expertise: Strong understanding of business planning processes (min. 2 years), forecasting models, reporting standards, and key business concepts.
· Curiosity with influence: Looks beyond immediate scope, understands the broader business, and constructively challenges assumptions—even at senior levels.
· Growth mindset: Motivated to develop leadership experience and progress toward a managerial role.
We are looking for someone with the following experience, skill set and mentality:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher
· Project leading and leadership skills (2y+)
· Strong analytical skills and business acumen
· Strong in product/portfolio strategy, business development, and business planning
· Fluency in English (Czech/Slovak preferably)
· Collaborative, curious, and forward-thinking mindset with excellent communication and presentation skill
