The Opportunity:


CACI has a great opportunity for a Business Operations Senior Manager.
The Business Operations Senior Manager will direct and oversee the development and maintenance of Human Resource service delivery activities in the Enterprise Services organization; strategically aligns Human Resource service delivery with CACI’s strategic business goals to ensure superior organizational performance. You will have the opportunity to provide hands-on operational insight into HR efficiencies, metrics and service level agreements.

This position is located at our business complex in Oklahoma City.
 

Responsibilities:

Provides leadership and supervision to all HR Business Operations Specialists

Sets the strategic design, integration, and delivery of all core Human Resources services/ transactions.

Supports the integration and implementation of HR technology related to customer service and HR transaction processing.

Provides guidance regarding the utilization/ integration of HR systems; works with corporate HR and CES to ensure technologies meet user needs.

Controls/ monitors the administration of all human resource transactional activities and policies.

Monitors customer service metrics for service delivery and transactional processing.

Recognizes strategic implications and applies both specialized expertise and a broader HR knowledge to define problems, priorities and desired outcomes.

Provides management oversight to all HR Business Operations staff to implement and to evaluate programs and plans that result in increased organizational efficiencies.

Reviews potential new activity for the HR Business Operations organization.

Possesses a thorough understanding of SOX controls and other relevant compliance requirements. This includes familiarity with internal controls, financial reporting processes, and the ability to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.


Qualifications:


Required: 

Prior Experience Supervises employees and managers.

6+ Years of HR Administration experience, preferably in a Shared Services Center environment.

Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 10+ years related work experience.

Knowledge of Employee Relations and Performance Management.


Desired:

Strong HR Generalist/ Multi-Disciplinary background Preferred.

Experience with a Ticketing System such as ServiceNow.

Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.

HR Certifications is a plus.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$77,300 - $170,200
