About the Cardiology Department\n

\u00b7 In the Cardiology Department at Montrose Regional Health, the cardiologists and patients are supported by a compassionate, educated and experienced staff of nurses, technologists and nuclear medicine technologists with a total of more than 150 years of experience in the field of cardiology.\n

\u00b7 The goal of the Cardiology Department at Montrose Regional Health is to perform a diagnostic cardiac catheterization on every patient as precisely, thoroughly and efficiently as possible. The end result is a diagnosis that will lead to the best treatment possible while prolonging and improving the quality of life for each patient.\n

About The Career:\n\nThe Business Operations Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the practice including overseeing all duties of the front and back office operations and makes key business decisions. Is responsible for proposing and managing budgets, ensuring the practice remains financially sustainable while delivering excellent customer service. The manager will represent the clinic at physician and senior leader-level meetings, as well as communicate with the clinic's medical staff, department heads, clinicians and other subordinate staff. Responsible for the successful day to day operations of the practice.\n\n

All About You:\n\nEducation: High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance or Accounting preferred.\nMinimum 1-year healthcare office management experience including managing personnel.\n \nWorking knowledge of applicable medical terminology preferred \n \nMedical billing experience preferred. \n \nProficiency with EMR systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). Additional experience in Epic, QHN, eClinicalWorks, and MediTech preferred\nProfessional Expectations \n \nHigh level of professionalism and organizational skills\n \nExcellent written and oral communication skills\n \nExcellent time management skills \n \nEffective problem solving and creative solution skills \n\n
