This position supports Raytheon-Rafael Area Protection Systems (R2S), a U.S. Israeli joint venture responsible for U.S. production of advanced missile systems supporting both U.S. and allied (Israel) defense programs. The Business Operations Lead is Raytheon’s primary integrator into R2S, enabling execution, governance, and growth across a complex, high-visibility defense enterprise. This role sits at the center of a mission-critical defense business that protects both the United States and key allies. The Business Operations Lead will operate at the intersection of national security, international partnership, and manufacturing scale-up, with direct exposure to senior Raytheon leadership, joint-venture partners, and government stakeholders.
