Our goal is to create an environment where we all win with precision. **Your Career** We are seeking analytical, proactive, and automation-minded interns to join our Renewal Services and Sales Operations team. This internship offers valuable exposure to commercial operations, sales performance reporting, and automation initiatives. The role will focus on optimizing operational processes, designing internal support systems, and delivering actionable insights across renewal and sales workflows. **Your Impact** **Workflow Documentation & Process Automation** + Understand and document key workflows + Identify pain points and inefficiencies and opportunities for streamlining. + Develop and implement process automation using tools like Excel macros, Power Automate, Python, or equivalent. **Service Level Agreements (SLA) KPI Measurement & Reporting** + Understand and establish baseline performance and SLA metrics + Build dynamic reporting dashboards (e.g. Tableau, Excel) to track and visualize performance. + Automate regular report generation and data pulls to support periodic performance reviews and audits. **Design & Implement a Ticketing / Queue System** + Build a structured intake and tracking system for Sales/Channel quote requests using: + CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) + Google Forms + Sheets + automation tools + Shared inbox management or ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow) + Ensure the system supports request prioritization, assignment, escalations, and SLA tracking. + Automate alerts, updates, and reporting. **Support Sales Operations – Sales KPI Reporting & Data Integration** + Collaborate with Sales Operations to define and measure key sales objectives and performance indicators (e.g., pipeline coverage, conversion rate, renewal targets). + Work with multiple data sources (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets, internal databases) to consolidate, clean, and analyze sales data. + Develop automated dashboards and reports to support decision-making across regions, segments, and product lines. + Innovate new ways to visualize or improve visibility into sales performance trends. **Key Learning Outcomes:** + Exposure to real-world business operations and commercial strategy in the tech industry. + Hands-on experience with automation tools and business intelligence platforms. + Deep understanding of SLA-driven processes, sales performance management, and cross-functional collaboration. + Practical skills in workflow design, dashboard creation, and CRM/ticketing systems. **Your Experience** + Undergraduate student or recent graduate from a Singapore university in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. + Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros/VBA). Skilled in Advanced Excel tools (PowerQuery, PowerPivot, Excel Dynamic Array, Python for Excel) is a bonus + Experience with automation or scripting tools (e.g., Python, Apps Script, Power Automate, Zapier) + Familiarity with reporting platforms (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) + Exposure to CRM systems like Salesforce or database tools (e.g., SQL) is a plus + Ability to consolidate and manipulate data from multiple sources + Analytical and detail-oriented + Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks independently + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written + Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills **Preferred Qualification** + Experience with service/ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) + Prior involvement in sales or renewal operations projects + Knowledge of SLA governance, sales pipeline metrics, or quote lifecycle processes **Our Commitment** We’re problem solvers that take risks and challenge cybersecurity’s status quo.
