What You'll Do
As a Business Operations Associate, you will coordinate research workflow across 2-3 industries with customer service excellence, accuracy, and organization. You will manage the daily workflow with an increasing level of independence, making sure capacities are managed optimally and, in a business focused manner. You will set the tone and expectation for the customer, from beginning to assigning of the work.

Working in a highly accurate manner in a deadline-driven, fast paced environment
Under the supervision of the Senior Researcher / Practice Area Lead / wider Workflow Coordination team, you are a capable problem solver who comfortably multi-tasks while conducting coordination for the research workflowYou will have strong attention to detail, ensuring that critical information (data sources, internal billing, charge codes, etc.) is captured correctly in our automated request management system
Working collaboratively in an international, service-orientated environment
With directions from BCG Vantage management, you will match available capacity to request inflow, ensuring the allocation is in line with experience, skills and language capabilitiesWhilst building a solid understanding on the research workflow process and developing a sound understanding on BCG’s internal capabilities, you will cooperate with other offices and team members to optimize capacity developmentYou will have strong communication skills and feel confident managing customer / stakeholder expectationsLearning and growing your expertiseYou will thrive in an intellectually intense environment and commit to gaining an understanding of all our Practice Area sourcesYou bring
