Arrow Electronics is looking for a Business Operations Associate to join our team in Guadalajara!
**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Provide expert internal customer service, interfaces daily with various teams across Arrow (sales, corporate, service center, purchasing, etc.).
+ Process credit requests for sales team, reviews requests to assess all information and root cause to improve processes.
+ Assists with master file proper set ups and clean ups, and other operations process revisions and audits.
+ Compiling and distributing standard reports for inventory, freight, handling, past due invoices, billing, etc.
+ Export, manipulate, and analyze data from internal reporting platforms (Oracle, Qlik, Power BI, Salesforce).
+ Help as needed with special projects.
**What We’re Looking For**
+ Bachelor's degree in administration, finance or similar.
+ Typically requires 1–2 years of experience in Backoffice, customer support or sales support.
+ Capability to learn basic skills and perform routine tasks.
+ Ability to work independently and establish effective work relationships.
+ Strong attention to detail and enjoys following established procedures.
+ Ability to communicate fluently in English.
+ Desirable experience with ERP systems: SAP/Oracle

**Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:**
$18,508.33 - $25,279.92 MXN Monthly
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
