**Position:** Business Operations Associate **Job Description:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive order management Support to join our Business operations team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) system with a focus on Customer and Vendor setup, as well as Purchase Order (PO) and Sales Order (SO) maintenance and amendments. This role requires strong analytical skills, ERP system knowledge, and a customer-first mindset to ensure smooth order processing on time and vendor/customer master data integrity. **What You’ll Be Doing** **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform day-to-day support for order management processes within Oracle EBS. + Handle Customer and Vendor master data setup and updates as per business requirements. + Review, analyze, and process changes/amendments to Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs). + Ensure timely and accurate order processing, resolution of order discrepancies, and tracking of order status. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Procurement, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless order flow and data consistency. + Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to Order Management in EBS.Support audits and data quality initiatives by ensuring compliance with internal SLA’s. **What We Are Looking For** + Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Order management + Any full-time graduates. + Order Management experience in handling day-to-day workload, + End-to-End Supply chain process knowledge + Ensuring an appropriate flow in compliance of SOP + On hand working experience on ERP tool + Proficient in MS Excel, PPT preparation and presentation skills + Should be forthcoming and manage independently. + Able to communicate effectively with internal / external parties. + Fluent in communication in English (Communication & Verbal) + Open to work in rotational shifts ( **Including night** ) + Acceptance to work on all National and Public holidays. + Immediate joiner Preferred. **What’s In It For You** At Arrow Converge, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
