We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive order management Support to join our Business operations team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) system with a focus on Customer and Vendor setup, as well as Purchase Order (PO) and Sales Order (SO) maintenance and amendments. This role requires strong analytical skills, ERP system knowledge, and a customer-first mindset to ensure smooth order processing on time and vendor/customer master data integrity.
What You’ll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day support for order management processes within Oracle EBS.Handle Customer and Vendor master data setup and updates as per business requirements.Review, analyze, and process changes/amendments to Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs).Ensure timely and accurate order processing, resolution of order discrepancies, and tracking of order status.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Procurement, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless order flow and data consistency.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to Order Management in EBS.Support audits and data quality initiatives by ensuring compliance with internal SLA’s.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Order managementAny full-time graduates.Order Management experience in handling day-to-day workload,End-to-End Supply chain process knowledgeEnsuring an appropriate flow in compliance of SOPOn hand working experience on ERP toolProficient in MS Excel, PPT preparation and presentation skillsShould be forthcoming and manage independently.Able to communicate effectively with internal / external parties.Fluent in communication in English (Communication & Verbal)Open to work in rotational shifts (Including night)Acceptance to work on all National and Public holidays.
