**Business Operations Analyst – CA&D**
The Business Operations Analyst will provide high-level analytical support to drive operational efficiencies, enhance decision-making, and support cross-functional initiatives across the organization.
**Your role:**
+ Leads the development and execution of comprehensive sales analysis projects, providing strategic insights and recommendations to management for driving business growth and sales performance.
+ Contributes to the design and maintenance of advanced sales reporting frameworks, ensuring integration of diverse data sources to support strategic decision-making processes with high accuracy.
+ Collaborates with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance sales forecasting models, utilizing extensive data analysis to ensure robust and actionable sales projections.
+ Designs and monitors a robust framework for key performance indicators (KPIs), providing detailed and timely reports that support strategic performance enhancement initiatives.
+ Conducts in-depth financial analysis of sales budgets and expenditures, producing detailed and strategic reports for senior management to support financial planning and cost management.
+ Optimizes and streamlines salesforce automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems, ensuring they are effectively utilized to enhance sales operations and data accuracy.
+ Evaluates and provides strategic recommendations for pricing adjustments based on thorough market analysis, competitive intelligence, and alignment with long-term business objectives.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, Data Analytics or equivalent discipline
+ 2+ years of experience within business operations, analytics, or process optimization roles
+ Proficiency in PowerApps, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, SQL, Python and SharePoint Management
+ Expertise in SAP and Salesforce (SF), with a proven track record of architecting complex business process models and optimizing high-volume transactional workflows
+ Proven experience in showcasing work and delivering measurable business impact
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

**Philips Transparency Details**
The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $81,225 to $129,960
The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $85,500 to $136,800
The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $89,775 to $143,640
The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $95,760 to $153,216
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
