Job Description:

Principal Accountabilities

Assist internal teams in identifying and resolving discrepancies in supplier documentation, audit reports, certifications, and compliance data, with guidance as needed.Support the review of supplier audit findings and help ensure corrective actions are accurately captured, tracked, and validated.Address data errors or compliance issues raised by managers or directors in a timely and accurate manner to maintain supplier data integrity.Perform key support functions to help deliver a high level of service to internal stakeholders while ensuring operational efficiency in all supplier compliance processes and procedures.Maintain and follow established supplier audit and compliance workflows to ensure consistency, accuracy, and productivity.Identify opportunities to streamline supplier compliance processes, strengthen controls, and improve audit efficiency.Provide cross-functional support to teams such as Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain, and Legal to ensure alignment on supplier compliance requirements and audit outcomes.

Job Complexity

Professional (Entry-Level):

Follows established supplier audit and compliance procedures with no discretion to deviate.Works under general supervision while learning to interpret supplier requirements, compliance documentation, and audit workflows.Entry-level professional role supporting core supplier audit and compliance activities.

Support (Associate Level):

Works independently with minimal guidance, completing complex supplier compliance tasks and audit documentation reviews.Serves as an informal resource to colleagues by providing guidance on compliance requirements, audit procedures, or data validation.Identifies and resolves key issues within supplier data or audit findings, even when information is incomplete or conflicting.Takes a broad perspective when evaluating supplier risks and can identify less-obvious issues or improvement opportunities within the compliance process.
