What will you be doing?
**Business Operations Analyst with strong finance experience** **to join our team. This role will bridge the gap between finance and business operations, providing actionable insights through data analysis, financial modeling, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and effective way to stakeholders.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
+ Collaborate with finance and business teams to develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
+ Support strategic decision-making by providing clear, data-driven insights and business cases.
+ Conduct variance analysis, financial reporting, and scenario planning.
+ Translate business needs into technical requirements and work with IT/data teams on solution design.
+ Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements across financial operations.
+ Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
+ Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting systems and sources.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
+ 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role.
+ Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and KPIs.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, MS Project).
+ Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
+ Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
