What You’ll Be Doing:
Implementing enablement plans to share best practices and enhance team performance and productivityCreating and delivering training programs, workshops, and other learning materialsCreating and maintaining a library of enablement resources, including articles, videos, presentations, and playbooksWorking with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communicationGathering and tracking key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of enablement initiativesAssist the network of change agents in support of digital ways of workingAssist the team where necessary in finding and resolving discrepancies, if any, in thePerforms support functions to provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction while maintaining efficiencies in operational processes and procedures.What We Are Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience developing or delivering training. Advanced English skills.Knowledge of tools to create training resources.Experience collaborating or interacting with cross-functional teams.The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More:
Experience/knowledge with Salesforce or Oracle.Experience with Articulate or similar.Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
