**Job Description:**
General information regarding the job: The Commercial Business Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of commercial activities within a pharmaceutical company. This position is responsible for optimizing operational processes and ensuring compliance with regulations to drive business success. The specialist collaborates closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize performance.
Job tasks and responsibilities: • Assist sales teams by offering guidance and supplying them with the essential materials/documents/procedures to effectively carry out their activities. • Collaborate with each owner of promotional events to improve processes and ensure that all required documentation is attached in iConnect. • Support and conduct training sessions for sales and marketing teams on company procedures and correct implementations. • Oversee commercial activities, including promotional events, business meals, and calls, to ensure compliance with regulations and company procedures. • Accountable for making sure that Government Officials (GOs) are correctly identified and documented according to the Work Instruction for identifying, documenting, and engaging with healthcare professionals (HCPs) considered as Government Officials in Johnson & Johnson Romania, as follows: downloads the legally required declarations of interest submitted to hospitals to confirm and document the GO status of HCPs. - creates and maintains a consolidated list of identified HCPs with GO status, ensuring that the documentation process is accurately followed and that the list is regularly updated. - participates in the annual review of the HCPs with GO status to ensure documentation reflects any changes in roles or membership among the committee members and to incorporate any new information that emerges. - ensures that interactions with HCPs marked as GOs are conducted in accordance with the local Health Care Compliance (HCC) framework. - communicates any changes or updates regarding HCP GOs to internal stakeholders, ensuring that all relevant departments. - sends the approved list together with the Declaration of interest CRM specialist to update the iConnect system.
Other responsibilities Ensuring safety reporting requirements (timely AE/PQC reporting) as set out in company policies and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are met and appropriately managed when planning projects, executing projects.
