About our team: 

The SAP Business One Sales Team is a high-performance high-volume and fast-pacing team, passionate for what we do. We are fully regional; around 13 people in Latin America working together. We believe in best serving our customers and partners, making use of the digital transformation to achieve the best performance for small and medium companies.

 

About the position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Sales Operations professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing our sales processes, systems, and performance. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure efficiency, improve productivity, and drive revenue growth.

Analytical profile, with skills with advanced excel, seeking to understand the sales scenario based on the individual numbers of the team / partners and general. Development of new analytical views of sales / prospecting results. 

What you’ll do:

In this role, you’ll oversee:

Process Optimization: Analyze, define, and optimize sales processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity. Identify bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions. Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather, analyze, and report on sales data to provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to monitor performance, forecast sales, and inform strategic decisions. Sales Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with sales leadership on territory planning, quota setting, and sales compensation plans. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other departments, such as Marketing, Finance, and Global Teams, to ensure alignment of goals and seamless execution of sales initiatives.

 

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar analytical role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Advanced skills in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Advanced English. Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Understanding of Power BI is a plus. Portuguese is a plus.
