strategic planning budgeting analysis and decision making Works collaboratively with other members of the leadership team and with physician partners to achieve departmental goals Works collaboratively with HH finance department Prepares andor examines various financial and non financial reports and analyzes the impact of actual andor proposed operational changes in meeting the department initiatives Coordinates the preparation and monitoring of the department budgets and oversees the monthly reports of financial performance Assists the Director to position the department to
