As a Business Management Associate within our CIB D&PS F&BM team, you will directly support the Securities Services Operations (SSOps) organization. This high-impact role involves assisting with major initiatives, capturing and reporting on business metrics, and using data to develop insights that help stakeholders achieve strategic objectives. You will work closely with senior Operations leaders and key partners across Finance, Business Management, and Data & Analytics teams to enable effective end-to-end execution.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Partner with the business to set strategy, objectives, targets, and track outcomes, building the operational metrics framework across SSOps teams.
+ Support the development of agendas and preparation for management team meetings, business reviews, leadership offsites, and site visits.
+ Manage various stakeholders, engaging regularly across Finance, Controls, and Technology.
+ Support the annual investment governance process, including business case planning, approvals, and tracking.
+ Prepare communications, including town halls, all hands calls, newsletters, video messages, and organization announcements.
+ Assist with maintaining business hygiene tasks such as tracking mandatory training completion, access recertifications, and resiliency planning.
+ Demonstrate strong professional presence with the ability to communicate directly with stakeholders.
+ Assist with People Agenda, including DOI, recruiting, manager excellence, and recognition initiatives.
**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:**
+ Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or business intelligence, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in financial services.
+ Demonstrated organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
+ Excellent English writing, editing, and presentation skills.
+ Ability to communicate effectively, collaborate, and develop strong partnerships with multiple levels of employees.
+ Strong analytical skills and the ability to present new ideas compellingly.
+ Ability to multi-task and work autonomously within a local and global team environment.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple assignments, stringent deadlines, and changing priorities.
+ Proactive, inquisitive, autonomous, enthusiastic, and diligent.
+ Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook.
**Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:**
+ Software skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
+ Business intelligence skills in Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx Suite, SQL, Python, R, Prompt Engineering.
