Responsibilities\nDevelop strategic approaches for new customer acquisition and relationship building.\nMarket research, develop business strategy & pipeline and define new business opportunities\nActively explore new business opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.\nUnderstand customer needs and propose tailored solutions to establish long-term partnerships.\nSet sales targets and manage performance, creating execution plans to achieve goals.\nDrive service improvements and innovations based on industry trends and customer feedback.\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure swift responses to customer requirements and provide effective solutions.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field.\n8+ years of experience in customer acquisition and sales.\n5+ years of experience in the relevant sector. (Consumer Retail / Semicon or Tech)\nUnderstanding of SCM (Supply Chain Management) or 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) processes.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nExperience in the logistics or related industry is a plus\nProficiency in English in written and verbal\n
