Business Manager-Performance Marketing Operations and Transformation -Senior Associate
The Performance Marketing Operations and Transformation team within Consumer and Community Banking Marketing and Communications is seeking a highly-effective leader to join the Business Management support team. The role requires a broad skill set that spans communications, budget planning, controls, analytics, and strategic thinking to drive results in a fast paced Marketing Environment. As a Business Manager on the Performance Marketing Operations and Transformation team, you should be someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment where creativity, collaboration, and strategic thinking are essential. You should have excellent communication skills, through written and oral communication, as well as strong interpersonal and analytical abilities. You will have the ability to inspire confidence and collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders across multiple functions within the organization, while overseeing various support functions including overall budget management, controls, reporting, and communications. J **ob Responsibilities:** + Provide support and work closely with senior leadership in planning and directing operational and administrative activities to meet objectives + Promote driving core business planning activities including broad communication of strategic direction and its implications to the entire organization + Manage and execute key initiatives, including continuous identification and resolution of complex business challenges + Guide optimization of resource allocations, execution capacity and 'bottom-line' business performance through leading key initiatives + Provide transparency on team results and analyze financial performance and expenses + Support preparation for business unit reviews and other key meetings + Represent business interests in internal working groups and forums **Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:** + Bachelor's degree required + 5+ years of experience in finance, strategy and / or project management + Strong general management and leadership skills with demonstrated success leading large organizations through significant change + Presents well to senior business heads + Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with a high degree of independence + Ability to think strategically and to connect the dots to the bigger picture, while still being comfortable diving into the details required to ensure successful messaging and execution + Excellent judgment and independent decision-making ability + Structured and effective communicator with excellent writing skills who is able to flex style and tone for varying audiences + Ability to self-manage and prioritize amongst multiple projects with competing business and technical priorities in a fluid environment + Ability to challenge existing engagement models across the organization driving improvements in a collaborative environment + Expert on Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel P **referred qualifications, capabilities and skills:** + Expertise in defining business and use cases, building out multi-year roadmaps, and driving disciplined execution + Be available and open for possible travel, 1x per quarter + MBA preferred Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
