International Card Services (ICS) is a leading provider of card issuing solutions, operating across 26 countries and supporting both consumer and business clients. The Nordics region is experiencing rapid growth and presents a dynamic, fast-paced environment with ambitious targets and evolving requirements for compliance and operational control.


About the Opportunity
We are seeking a result driven Business Manager to join our team and support in overseeing ICS operations in the Nordics. This role will work close with the Country Manager (CM), who leads the ICS business, chairs the Country Executive Team (CET), and serves as Legal Representative for all four markets. In this pivotal role, you will work as a trusted advisor and right hand to the CM, helping drive central initiatives, improve efficiency, and increase impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities 

Lead and support a range of strategic projects and growth initiatives, ensuring effective execution, progress tracking, and timely follow-up. Serve as the principal local liaison with ICS management teams, delivering accurate and prompt input as needed. Prepare compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including Business Unit Reviews, Town Halls, and monthly market newsletters. Build and nurture strong relationships with key collaborators within both local and global operations. Coordinate financial processes, including monthly accruals, invoicing, and planning requests for Finance and Controllership. Collaborate with the executive assistant and other team members to optimize priority setting and time management for the HQ team. Support agenda planning, monitor key activities and deliverables, and coordinate efforts for market communications and engagement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience. Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, able to handle multiple initiatives concurrently. Proven experience in building relationships, influencing collaborators across the organization, and working effectively without formal authority. Solid financial acumen, with the capability to connect strategic drivers to financial outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

Highly motivated self-starter, capable of working independently and adapting quickly to new challenges. Unquestionable integrity and professionalism, with the ability to manage confidential information appropriately. Demonstrated success in navigating complex organizational structures, delivering results in cross-functional teams. Ability to prioritize and problem-solve efficiently, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment. Curious and innovative mindset, open to challenging the status quo. Humble, willing to step in and support wherever needed. Experience in consumer marketing or a related field is a strong advantage.
