The Nordics is one of the fastest growing markets in the ICS International business and is a dynamic fast paced environment with multiple markets, strong growth ambition and increasing demands, both internally externally regarding control and compliance.  The Country Manager has three key areas of responsibility, Head of the ICS business, Chair of the CET, and Legal Representative for the 4 markets.  

How will you make an impact in this role?

In this role you will be the right hand of the Country Manager working across all areas to ensure their responsibilities are handled efficiently, their time is used effectively, as well as working closely with the Nordics leadership team to set the goals and agenda, tracking our progress, and driving actions to ensure meet our goals and priorities.  We are looking for a candidate with high integrity, strong work ethics and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of their work.

Minimum Qualifications

Act as a trusted advisor to the Country Manager across a broad range of complex strategic and tactical topics Work with the Country Manager and the Leadership team in setting the agenda for the market, tracking and driving actions to ensure we meet key goals & deliverables Lead and support a wide range of projects and growth initiatives. Ensure effective execution, tracking and follow-up Principal local liaison with ICS management teams including Juan Ortis, Fredrik Sauter and Rafa M HQ teams, providing timely and accurate input as requested, as well as key role in supporting the annual cycle of business reviews, market visits and ad-hoc reviews Develop presentations for key internal and external audiences of all levels, including BURs, Town Halls and market monthly newsletter Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders within the business both locally and globally Partner with Nordics Leadership team and wider team to create impactful ICS monthly meetings and ensure actions and follow-ups Ensuring we meet our cycle of financial commitments including co-ordination of monthly accruals, invoicing and planning requests from Finance and Controllership Ownership of ICS internal policy document working with CM and LT to ensure it is up to date and followed up on a quarterly basis Partner with the EA and other stakeholders to ensure management of time and prioritization ensuring that the HQ team is effective Support the CM with the CET including setting the agenda, tracking key activities and deliverables and co-ordinating inputs / effort for market communications and engagement activities

Preferred Qualifications

Motivated self-starter able to operate independently and quickly Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask across many initiatives Demonstrated experience of building & leveraging relationships across the enterprise, influencing upwards and outwards without authority Strong sense of integrity with ability to handle sensitive issues appropriately and maintain absolute confidentiality Strong track record of being able to navigate and influence across teams and business units, to get things done and deliver results Able to efficiently prioritize, solve problems independently/with limited guidance, escalate appropriately, manage tight deadlines, and handle changing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Naturally curious, looking for ways to innovate and not being afraid to challenge Humility and a willingness to get “stuck in” to tasks when support is necessary Solid financial acumen with an ability to connect the dots between strategic drivers and financial outcomes Strong knowledge and experience of the ICS business would be an advantage Experience from other business lines would be an advantage Excellent written and oral communication skills, including advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
