Permanent Change of station (PCS) expenses are authorized ******Due to an administrative error, all applicants must reapply for this position****** Responsibilities Manages a large, profit-generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base and supervises subordinate supervisors Represents the activity at various meetings and coordinates with special interest groups, agencies, and military/community representatives Conducts management reviews to identify program issues, evaluate success metrics (profitability, customer satisfaction, mission accomplishment), and implement corrective measures Reviews financial reports, estimates projected costs, develops the financial plan, and oversees the procurement of all necessary supplies and equipment Performs full supervisory duties Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Resumes must be two pages (or less). A qualified candidate must possess the following: Minimum Qualification Criteria: 1. Posses three (3) years of experience in bowling center management 2. Posses three (3) years of experience managing food and beverage operations 3. PCS Costs Payment of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are authorized based on a determination that a PCS move is in the Government's interest. Allowances and Differentials This is a pay-banded position. Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
