Job General scope:

Our client is looking for a Business Manager France-Adhesives - Specialties Chemicals

Required a dynamic personality who is customer oriented with solid Technical and commercial background.

The successful candidate will need to have tenacity to maintain this on a long-term basis. Therefore, it is important that they have the capability to use their own initiative and work independently.

The successful candidate will be expected to have technical understanding of materials technology for the key market sectors, as Adhesives

This position reports to Sales director

Main achievements/Missions/Objectives:

Act as the Business Manager for the Henkel account in France, leading the sales team nationwide and taking full responsibility for the development of the Henkel business across the country Promote and sell our existing solutions in the Paris region under the guidance of other Business Managers. New market, new customers acquisition – Business development New product launch Product management, Marketing planning Maintain and develop existing customer base. Implement action plan to introduce new product range and consolidate existing one. Engage internal skills and expertise to support customer demands. Work with back office/logistic for daily operation. Forecast and reporting for Key accounts.

Qualification requirements:

Technical/Scientific background, Engineer/master’s degree in Material, Chemicals, Over 5-7 years’ experience - Commercial background role in specialities chemical distribution sector. (Adhesives…). A record of successful new product / New customer acquisition - “Hunter” Customer/Result oriented English fluent both oral and written, will be preferred. Willingness to travel mostly in France, up to 40%.
