The Business Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the Digital Gaming 3P Platforms team by driving operational excellence, enhancing organizational health, and spearheading strategic initiatives. This position involves close collaboration with the Leadership Team and various stakeholders to ensure efficient operations, clear communication, and effective execution in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
Responsibilities
Partner with the Digital Gaming 3P Platforms Leadership Team to establish and maintain a strong Rhythm of the Business (ROB), ensuring efficient operations and clear priorities.Lead end-to-end planning processes in collaboration with the Leadership Team, aligning with corporate planning cycles and integrating across Gaming Marketing & Sales.Serve as the point person for weekly Leadership Team meetings, including agenda development, content coordination, facilitation support, and tracking decisions and follow-up actions.Support day-to-day business operations including business planning, execution tracking, and operational readiness.Collaborate with Finance to manage budget, forecast, and headcount, ensuring financial discipline and transparency.Define, plan, and drive cross-team process improvements to boost operational efficiency and scalability.Maintain team intranet portals and operational processes, ensuring information is current, accessible, and actionable.Shape and drive the people and culture agenda in partnership with HR and the Leadership Team, ensuring a great work environment.Lead and support team health initiatives such as morale-building activities, offsites, and engagement programs.Coordinate planning and execution of team events, including internal forums and customer or partner-facing events.Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational effectiveness and team engagement topics.Plan and create team communications, including executive communications, newsletters, and meeting presentations.Build strategy, narrative, and content for leadership meetings and business reviews.Manage communications and interactions with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure efficient and impactful meetings.Lead, plan, track, and contribute to cross-team projects and strategic initiatives.Adapt quickly to changing business needs, taking on new programs and initiatives as required.Essential Skills
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in project/program management.Minimum 2-3 years' experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and business development execution.Executive written communication skills.Strong planning and organizational skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) and 3-5 years solid experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related field OR 8-10 years equivalent experience.Advanced oral and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.Formal training in project and process management, financial accounting, business strategy, and operations or communications is desirable.Work Environment
This position requires a Hybrid Work Arrangement, with 3 days a week onsite in Redmond. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week. The team culture is fun and fast-paced, providing exposure to the gaming industry. There is a possibility for extension in the next fiscal year. A standard laptop will be provided.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
