What this job involves:
The Business Manager will be responsible for all aspects of Reporting both ad hoc and scheduled. Reporting requires insightful data analysis and recommendations for remediation or process improvement. The reporting requirements guidance on the state of all operations, finance, risk and compliance for the base building and shared facilities and is responsible for the delivery of information that is complete, accurate, timely and demonstrates insight and action for the client.
The reporting delivery is monthly, quarterly and annual. Ad hoc reporting requirements will be identified by the General Manager or the head of operations.
The business manager should be able to translate data into clear actionable insights.
A snapshot of the role:
Review and reconcile supplier statements noting that JLL is the principal on the contract. All invoices are paid within 3 months of delivery of the service or goods. The reconciliation of supplier statements is completed monthly to ensure timely processing of invoices.Purchase Order Management - MRI information. review including Open Purchase Orders with Operations Site Staff, aged Purchase Orders. Review and assist in contacting contractors for any outstanding works.Review of Prism for statistics and analysis on work orders closed, ensuring that the suppliers have met their reporting obligations including service records supplied.Undertake an audit and review of all supplier minutes monthly to ensure all actions are completed in a timely manner and the contractors are fulfilling their obligations financially, from a Risk and Compliance perspective and delivery requirements to their contracts.Any other duties as directed by the General Manager
