**JOB SUMMARY**
Leads/supervises distributor teams; first level manager of a work team that could comprise professionals, technical and/or administrative staff. Focuses on mentoring, coaching, and coordination.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Drives sales of organization's products and related revenues through a network of distribution partners.
+ Evaluates, selects, manages and supports distributors with the goal of maximizing related revenue generation.
+ Collects payments and supervises timely payment by distributor.
+ Monitors, coordinates and ensures effective supply of organization's products to distributor.
**EDUCATION**
University Degree
**EXPERIENCE /QUALIFICATION**
**EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:**
+ 7 years of professional sales experience with a multinational company
+ 3 years of professional sales experience in Medical Devices or Diagnostics
+ Savvy with managing business through analytics and effective sales forecasting
**SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:**
+ Key Account Management
+ KOL Management
+ Knowledge of Hospital Procurement Process
+ Distributor Commercial Management
