Visit our Careers website to learn more about careers at Applied. **What You’ll Do** Now we are looking for a **Business Management Operations** leverages Taiwan's Best Known Methods (BKM) of business operation model and transferring them to overseas to enhance overall business results, includes parts delivery, parts order, TKM operation model…etc. This role belongs to **FSO (Field Service Organization).** The ideal candidate will play a key role in methodology transfer and process optimization for business operation model across regions and countries. **Role Responsibilities:** + Support FSO TSMC account overseas business, ramp, and operation through process standardization and optimization across countries. + Lead the transfer of Taiwan TSMC experience, BKM methodologies, and best practices to overseas teams. + Work with different function groups between Taiwan TSMC and other countries to understand and document the SOP of business, ramp, and operation. + Bridge the SOP of business, ramp, and operation across the countries and optimize the overseas SOP based on Taiwan TSMC specific BKM and experiences. + SOP of business includes relocation, retrofit, TKM, warranty uplift, CSA, MEA, SWOB, etc. List TSMC specific process flow, and share to overseas FSO and other function groups + SOP of ramp includes resource arrangement, manufacture out-reach and in-reach, beyond spec, out of group chart, interconnection, PCN, OBS, BOM comparison, ORM, etc. List TSMC specific process flow, and share to overseas FSO and other function groups. + SOP of operation includes pre-hire HC resource arrangement, OJT plan and execution, lessons learnt, operation KPI management, IE productivity, customer portal, OS360, IAM, OAM, EHD, 6S, PIP, etc. List TSMC specific process flow or management methodology, and share to overseas FSO and other function groups + Setup the meeting and discuss between Taiwan and overseas relevant function group to mitigate the gap or improve the process flow to meet cooperate goal **Preferred Qualifications:** + 7 years above experience in semiconductor industry. Needs to be familiar with AGS business, ramp, and operation model, includes CSA, SWOB, MEA, PCN, ramp preparation and readiness, TKM/parts operation, IAM/IOM, OS360, TSMC specific operation/ramp/business, etc. + Welcome internal candidate who is familiar with AGS operation/ramp/business model, ex: CE Lead, Service Manager, business/supplier chain related role. + Education background: Bachelor's degree or above. Welcome both Engineering or non-Engineering Majors + Interpersonal and communication skills: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, build relationships, and influence stakeholders. + Language: Must to be able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
