Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Business Management Office Lead to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

Overall leadership and accountability for the BMO and delivery of all seven workstreams.Act as primary interface between BMO and client leadership, Corporate PMO, Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, Risk and Internal Audit.Own the BMO governance model (forums, cadence, decision rights, escalation paths) and ensure it is implemented and continuously improved.Integrate planning, contracts/commercial, cost, D&I, risk/compliance, digital and HR support into a coherent BMO operating rhythm.Approve BMO plans, priorities and resource allocations; resolve conflicts and trade-offs across workstreams.Oversee preparation and quality of monthly and quarterly performance review packs and present BMO insights to client leadership/ExCom as required.Sponsor continuous improvement initiatives and drive maturity of governance, data quality, and digital enablement.Coach and mentor core team members; ensure effective collaboration between on-site and off-site resources.

 

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred15+ years total; 5+ years in PMO/BMO leadershipExtensive experience in PMO/BMO/EPMO or similar governance roles on large programs.Proven track record in complex, multi-stakeholder environments (government / giga / destination projects), preferably in KSA or GCC.Strong understanding of operations, corporate governance, performance management, and stakeholder engagement.Ability to lead hybrid teams (on-site/off-site) and manage senior stakeholders; excellent communication in English (Arabic desirable).
